Why Credit Union’s Belong

Our Community

Here is where education-niche CUs feel at home sharing common membership and missions without competition! Our vibrant membership connects via our on-line community then reuniting annually at our conference. Credit Unions promote and boast ECUC Membership locally, showing tangible proof that the CU is committed to education. Belonging to ECUC speaks volumes and is a powerful tool for credit unions serving students; getting on campus; opening branches in schools; creating and promoting financial literacy programs; and even applying for grants.

CPE Credits

We’re serious about education!

The Education Credit Union Council is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education (CPE) on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. Credit union management and volunteers attending our conference have the opportunity to earn CPE credits toward their continuing education and professional development. If you are interested in earning CPE credit for our upcoming conference please contact our office via phone or email Karen Meyer at KarenMeyer@ECUC.org
