Our credit union is not an "education" credit union. Why would we join the Education Credit Union Council?

Because we are a unique idea-exchange organization dedicated to providing educational and networking opportunities to credit unions who serve educational communities. What are "educational communities"? 

Any group involved in the field of education—teachers, administrators, students, support staff…and others, constitute the educational community.

How are membership fees established?

Since its organization in 1972, ECUC has remained committed to maintaining an affordable dues structure to provide an opportunity for every credit union serving educational communities -- and those who have member education as a central tenet of their mission -- to benefit from its programs and services. An annual dues payment of $350.00 enables all of your official family and staff to take part in ECUC programs and educational opportunities.
