WHAT ARE THE RATES ON HOTEL ROOMS? The Hilton located in the Walt Disney World® Resort will accept reservations received by January 14 on a space available basis at rate of $200.00 per room. Reservations made after this date will be at hotel rack rates upon availability for the busy February season. If you wish to make reservations via telephone, please contact the Hilton's reservation line at 1-800-782-4414 or fax your form to Reservation Department at 407-827-3890.
Please mention the name of your group to secure the preferred rate. If you wish to make a reservation via the Internet, please go to http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/groups/personalized/ORLDWHH-EDU-20100210/index.jhtml and select your preferred dates. Do not send in the printed reservation form if reservations have been made via the Internet or telephone to prevent reservation duplication.
Conference rates apply three days prior to and three days following the meetings, based on the availability of rooms. All major credit cards are accepted. Rates are $200.00 for single/double accommodations and reflect a substantial reduction from the February rack rates. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Arrangements for group billings for individual credit unions may be made 45-60 days in advance with prepayment by check or credit card. Please direct your request to Martin Sliacky at (407) 827-3873. Be certain to mention that you will be attending the Education Credit Union Council's meeting.
