The Council is pleased to offer three days of educational sessions, eight full meals (three full breakfasts, three luncheons, and two dinners), plus our ECUC special extras, surprises, and warm hospitality--all for only $ 1,250.00. ($1,150.00 for early registration!)

HOW DO I REGISTER? Complete the form in this announcement (one for each registrant, please-a photocopy is okay), enclose with your conference fee check (one per credit union) made payable to the "Education Credit Union Council, Inc." and mail to Lorraine Zerfas, Executive Director, PO Box 7558, Spanish Fort, AL 36577. Your registration will be acknowledged (by U.S. or e-mail-whichever you prefer), and additional information will be sent to you. Please register as early as possible and take advantage of the Early Bird Discount and lower air fares.

WHAT ARE THE FEES?

*In addition, register your CEO or a volunteer and any member of your management team will receive a special $50.00 discount!

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? Full registration fee to be refunded upon cancellation up to 30 days prior to the conference. Cancellations made from 29 days to seven (7) days prior to the conference shall be granted with $100.00 retained as an administrative fee. Cancellations made seven (7) or fewer days prior to the day of the conference registration shall be made with one-half of the registration fee retained. No refunds shall be made for cancellations made on the date of conference registration. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Proper climbing attire

Comfortable, casual clothes will be fun for our "Welcome to Phoenix Reception & Dinner" on Saturday, and plan to dress down Western style for our "That's not a Mountain…It's an Opportunity" Banquet on Monday. Spouses will appreciate comfortable walking shoes and a jacket or sweater for their tours.
